Introduction

Oracle Insurance Rules Workbench is a web-based application that enables secure management and updates to Oracle Insurance Policy Administration rules through a lightweight browser interface. The application streamlines the process of accessing, modifying, and deploying rule changes, providing robust access controls, simplified user interactions, and responsive real-time validation.

Purpose

• Deliver a web-accessible version of Oracle Insurance Rules Palette.

• Simplify the user interface for an improved and intuitive user experience.

• Enhance scalability and maintainability through a microservices architecture.

• Supports multi-user login, multiple environments, and multi-tenant functionality.

Note: Oracle Insurance Rules Workbench provides the same core functionality as Oracle Insurance Rules Palette, but with updated navigation, user interface, and component layout.

Note: In the current release (i.e., beta), CRUD operations are supported for all entities. Additional functionalities available in Oracle Insurance Rules Palette will be incorporated in the future release.
